Exquisite Corpse: 

 

This is my interpretation of the drawing we chose in class. I made it using illustrator and a wacom tablet. I chose darker colors for the subject and lighter ones for the background to show more contrast. I didn’t want to add too many details to the cat because I wanted to look more “cartoony” than realistic. I liked this project because it was a good way for me to get comfortable in using the software and experiment using different tools. An example of this is, for the background I used the gradient tool which I thought was a good incorporation to the piece.
